BC Manufacturing, a nearshore company located in Baja California, was in a transitional period from its former entity, Vertek International. They approached Crossborder Comunica for a complete marketing campaign as they transitioned to their new corporate identity and raise awareness of their company. This would require a website make-over, new brochures, new forms, nearly a completely new corporate identity tailor made from the bottom up.
Solutions and Results
As part of a nearly two-year strategy, Crossborder Comunica provided a variety of strategic and communictions services, including assisting the client with re-branding strategy – to harmonize its corporate identity, an
d developed a portfolio of upgraded and integrated marketing materials and tools. These tools included brochures and sales sheet, business cards, and a 1-800 number.
Crossborder Comunica also undertook a complete rebuild of the company website including direct form submittals. This was part of a successful online advertising informational website (BajaAerospace.org) to help promote services to a new market segment. An affiliated online blogging website was created to raiser highlight their new image and services and harness better feedback. As a result of these collaborative efforts, traffic to BC Manufacturing’s website tripled.
Following these initial efforts, Crossborder Comunica also began working on a media-focused campaign for the client, to raise awareness of their services, drive traffic to their website, and support their image as a leader in their field. These efforts included periodic press releases (on their own, and in conjunction with some of their clients), to active media outlets in Europe, Asia, Mexico and the United States.
